For Landscape Companies

FOR LANDSCAPE COMPANIES:

Exterior Landscape Companies

Your clients, both commercial and residential, want to hire eco-friendly landscapers to maintain their grounds; plant new trees and shrubs; design their gardens; and install their hardscapes.  Here’s your chance to differentiate yourself from your competitors and win the bid!

The Green Earth–Green Plants® Certified Business program was developed by LEED AP Kathy Fediw, who is also a Landscape Industry Certified Manager and Landscape Industry Certified Technician.  Kathy has a Bachelor of Science degree in Horticulture and has been working in the field for over 30 years, so she understands your business!

Landscape companies fill out our easy yes-no assessment, based on industry standards and government regulations.  You’ll know right away if you pass, no waiting and no guess-work!

Simply email back your assessment and we’ll then ask you to send 10 digital photos, randomly selected, to prove your assessment is accurate.  Or you can opt to have us do an onsite audit, which includes our recommendations to make your business more eco-friendly and energy efficient, saving you thousands of dollars each year.

Once your photos and assessment are approved we will notify you and email you our US Registered Trademark logo which you can start using right away to market your Green Earth–Green Plants® Certified Business!  You’ll also get:

  1. Our Registered Trademarked logo in various formats and sizes, both color and black-and-white.  Use these on all your marketing pieces and bids, including your business cards, trucks, website, shirts, etc.
  2. A customized news release you can send out to your customers and local newspapers, and post on your website.
  3. Two full-color certificates you can frame and display in your offices or facility.
  4. Free listing on our website with your contact information and free link to your website.
  5. Other marketing pieces as they are developed.

Your status as a Certified Business is good for 2 years.  Renewal fees as of 2012 are just $95 per year and are used to protect the trademark, maintain the website and develop new marketing materials for your use.
