At least not in their current status. Perequisites are required, including plant density, a contract or plan for plant care, pest control restrictions and frequency of service restrictions. With your help and perhaps a few minor changes, many projects can qualify for this elite program.

In addition to meeting the prerequisites, projects must earn a minimum of 100 additional points, chosen from options such as using subirrigation or collected rain water; organic products; recycled materials quality control program; staff education, charitable plant donations and more.
