What We Do

In our comprehensive program for interiorscapers, we come to your place of business for 2 to 5 days for a business practice audit and coaching, depending on size and condition of the business. We visit several of your accounts, look over your records and books, tour your facilities and talk with your employees.
We evaluate nearly every aspect of your business, including horticulture practices, vehicle usage, facilities, purchasing, inventory, replacements, labor costs, customer complaints, cancellations, etc.
We then coach your owner, manager and/or supervisor to be sure they are making the best use of their time. We train your techs and employees on what they can do to help cut costs and show them the latest time-saving and replacement-saving techniques to care for your plants.
We then make our recommendations, help you develop an action plan and coach you for the next 3 to 6 months to be sure you are making progress. Follow-up visits are available, especially when multiple issues are at play. We stay with you until you reach your goals!
